At Splay Shoes, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery. We offer a simple, hassle-free process to ensure your feet find their perfect match.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
